5 cups Flour

3T Instant yeast

2T Olive oil

1t Salt

1T Sour cream

1/2 Potato ( peeled and diced into small chunks )

Boil the potato with 5 cups of water until the potato is well cooked and almost dissolved, cool till warm to touch, put the flour and salt into a large bowl, mix together 3 cups of the potato water, olive oil and sour cream then add to the flour and mix, if a little wet add some more flour and knead for 5 minutes to form a nice smooth dough.

Place the dough back in the bowl and cover in a warm place till it has risen double its size, knock back and put in a greased loaf tin and let rise again. Pre-heat the Multi Kai Cooker on a medium heat then add the bread into the first basket and cook for approx. 40 minutes, take out of the tin and continue to cook top down till the bread has a nice golden top and is cooked.
