Smoked Honey Soy Chicken Nibbles

Smoked Honey Soy Chicken Nibbles

These sweet and sticky chicken nibbles are perfect for BBQ's or for when you need nibbles fast.

CHICKEN NIBBLES:

Chicken Nibbles (up to 2kgs)

GLAZE:

1/2 Cup of Honey

1/2 Cup of Soy Sauce

1/2 Cup of Tomato Sauce

1 Tablespoon of Chilli Sauce

1 Tablespoon of Worcester Sauce

4 Cloves of Garlic (chopped)

Season chicken nibbles with salt and pepper.

Set up your smoker until it reaches 230-260°C.

Cook chicken nibbles for 30 minutes before flipping and smoking for a further 15 minutes, ensuring the internal temperature reaches at least 73°C. Transfer to a bowl and put aside.

While the nibbles are cooking, combine all glaze ingredients together in a bowl.

Take the glaze ingredients prepared earlier and bring to the heat in a Cast Iron Pan directly over the coals until thickened.

Once thickened, pour over the chicken nibbles in a bowl and toss, coating all nibbles in the sticky glaze before transferring back to the kettle to set the glaze for 5-10 minutes.

Serve on a plate with a squeeze of lemon and get in quick before they all go!
