1. Promoter

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of New Zealand and Australia aged 18 years or over.

Employees of Multi KC Ltd, anyone directly involved in administering the promotion, and their immediate families are not eligible.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion opens at 12:00am on 1 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 13 December 2026.

All dates and times are New Zealand daylight time (NZDT).

4. How to Enter

Make any eligible paid purchase through www.multikaicooker.co.nz during the promotion period to automatically enter the draw.

• Each eligible paid online order receives one entry, regardless of its value.
• There is no minimum spend and no separate entry fee.
• Multiple orders are permitted, with one entry per eligible paid order.
• Products are sold at no more than their usual retail price.
• Unpaid orders, orders cancelled before the draw and orders placed outside the promotion period do not qualify.
• Purchases made outside the website do not qualify.
• Entrants must provide accurate contact details with their order.

Nothing in these terms limits customers’ statutory refund or consumer rights.

5. Prize

There is one prize: a MultiKai Fatboy 2 Commercial Cooker, with a recommended retail price of NZ$2,498.00.

The prize includes:

• 1 × weldment and burner with 4 lockable wheels
• 1 × base
• 1 × Fatboy 2 housing
• 2 × stainless steel baskets
• 1 × lid and thermostat

No other products or accessories are included.

The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, store credit or another product.

6. Keep It or Gift It

The winner may keep the prize or nominate another person aged 18 or over residing in New Zealand or Australia to receive it.

The nominated recipient must agree to receive the prize. The winner must confirm their choice and provide the agreed delivery details before dispatch.

The winner remains responsible for any applicable import charges described in Section 10, including where they nominate another recipient.

This gifting option does not create an additional entry or prize. Apart from this option, the prize is not transferable.

7. Prize Draw

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries at 12 noon on 14 December 2026, at Unit J, 29 Commerce Street, Whangarei 0110, New Zealand.

Each eligible entry has an equal chance of winning. The odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification & Announcement

The winner will be announced on the official MultiKai Cooker Facebook page and www.multikaicooker.co.nz on 14 December 2026, following the draw. The award of the prize is subject to verification of eligibility.

Multi KC Ltd will also contact the winner directly using the email address and/or phone number supplied with their order.

The public announcement will include the winner’s first name, surname initial and region. Contact details and delivery addresses will not be published.

The winner may be asked to provide reasonable proof of identity, age, residency and purchase eligibility before the prize is dispatched.

9. Winner Response Deadline & Christmas Closure

To allow us to organise dispatch before our Christmas closure, the winner must contact Multi KC Ltd by 12 noon NZDT on 15 December 2026 and provide the details needed to arrange delivery.

Multi KC Ltd will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner directly using their order contact details.

Our business closes on 18 December 2026 and reopens on 12 January 2027. No giveaway enquiries will be answered or prizes dispatched during this closure.

If the winner misses the response deadline, or delivery arrangements cannot be completed before closure, further communication and prize dispatch will resume from 12 January 2027.

Missing the response deadline does not automatically forfeit the prize. The prize will be retained for the eligible winner, and any further handling of an unclaimed prize will comply with applicable law.

10. Freight, Import Charges & Delivery

Multi KC Ltd will pay the freight costs to deliver the prize to the winner or their nominated recipient in New Zealand or Australia.

For delivery to Australia, any applicable import duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees or other government or border charges are the winner’s responsibility. These costs are not included in the prize or the freight paid by Multi KC Ltd.

The winner must agree to the delivery arrangements and any applicable import obligations before dispatch.

New Zealand winners will not incur additional costs to receive the prize.

Multi KC Ltd intends to dispatch the prize during the week beginning 14 December 2026, before the business closes on 18 December, subject to timely verification, confirmation of delivery details and any applicable import arrangements.

If dispatch cannot be arranged before closure, arrangements will resume from 12 January 2027.

Arrival before Christmas is not guaranteed. Delivery times depend on the destination, carrier availability and any customs processing.

11. Fair Participation

Multi KC Ltd may reject entries where there are reasonable grounds to establish fraud, tampering or a breach of these terms.

Any action affecting the promotion or prize will comply with applicable law and any required regulatory approvals. Nothing in these terms gives the promoter an unrestricted right to cancel the promotion or withhold the prize.

12. Facebook, Instagram & Meta

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta.

To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Facebook, Instagram and Meta from liability arising from their participation in this promotion.

Information supplied directly to Multi KC Ltd for this promotion is collected by the promoter for administering the giveaway.

13. Privacy

Personal information will be used to administer entries, verify eligibility, contact the winner, publish the winner announcement described above and arrange prize delivery.

Information may be shared with service providers where necessary for these purposes, or where required by law.

Entry does not itself constitute consent to receive marketing emails.

Entrants may contact info@multikaicooker.co.nz with privacy enquiries or requests to access or correct their personal information.

14. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand or Australian law.

15. Acceptance

By entering, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
