⚠️ IMPORTANT FREIGHT INFORMATION

This special package is for Australian delivery only.

Metro freight is included only for addresses that fall within our freight carrier's eligible metro delivery area.

Regional, rural, remote and addresses outside the qualifying metro area are NOT included in the advertised freight allowance and will incur additional freight charges.

If your delivery address falls outside the included metro area, MultiKai will contact you with the additional freight cost. This additional amount must be paid in full before your order can leave our factory.

These packages are made to order in New Zealand.

Please allow approximately 3 weeks production from receipt of full payment before your order is ready for dispatch.

Production and delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by manufacturing demand, freight carrier schedules, customs clearance or other circumstances outside our control.

MultiKai is not responsible for customs or border clearance delays, additional charges imposed by Australian authorities, or delays resulting from outstanding documentation or payment of import-related charges.

Please make sure your delivery address, suburb, postcode, phone number and contact details are correct when placing your order.

Any additional charges resulting from an incorrect address, address change, unsuccessful delivery or delivery outside the included metro area may be payable by the customer.
